National PTA is the largest volunteer child advocacy organization in the United States. A not-for-profit association of parents, educators, students, and other citizens active in their schools and communities, PTA is a leader in reminding our nation of its obligations to children. The PTA members at Canyon Vista Elementary School work countless hours to support the efforts of our school to ensure that our children receive the best education possible. We fundraise solely to bring programs to the school such as art and field trips and for much needed teacher supplies. We feel strongly about community and are providing many opportunities for our students to help others who are less fortunate. Finally, we recognize that we will be successful only if we work together and thus are always open to new thoughts and ideas. Please come to our meetings and support our efforts. You must work, we all must work, to make the world worthy of its children.
